ZL型自清式混合油过滤机
ZL型自清式混合油过滤机是我公司的专利产品（专利号：02269937.6），主要用于浸出车间混合油过滤。该机结构巧妙、简洁、性能可靠。配备160-300目滤网，根据浸出混合油中固体杂质的粒径自由选择滤网，可有效滤除混合油中固体杂质，避免蒸发器结垢。微电脑自动控制电动排渣阀，根据杂质含量可任意设置过滤周期和排渣时间，全自动操作，同时还设置了备用的手动切换功能。使用维修方便。混合油是在封闭容器内运行的，杜绝了溶剂泄漏的可能性。

ZJ Type Self-Cleaning Mixed Oil Filter is a patent product of our company (Patent No.: 02269937.6). The machine has ingenious and compact structure and reliable performance. The screen of 160-300 mesh is equipped, selecting screen according to the particle size of solid impurities in the mixed oil. The screen can filter out impurities effectively, and avoid scaling of evaporator. The filtration cycle and slag discharge time of dumping dregs valve is controlled by microcomputer automatically according to impurity content, and it has reserve manual switching function. This device possesses convenient maintenance and application. Mixed oil runs in closed vessel to avoid the probability of solvent leakage.
